Returns & Refunds:

We will accept returns on all orders within 30 days of purchased date excluding any of the Moisture Chambers. All returned items must be returned to the Optometry Shop in new resaleable condition. You must receive return authorization prior to returning any items. Failure to do so will delay your refund. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping the items will not be refunded and optometry is not responsible for lost returns. To insure your return arrives at optometry, we recommend using UPS or insured U.S. Parcel Post.

Order Cancellation:

Any order may be cancelled prior to processing and/or shipping with no additional cost incurred. You must contact us at 966114787607 immediately to cancel your order. Any that has not been canceled and has been shipped will subjected to our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged Merchandise:

Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 10 days for the claim with UPS to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damages during shipment, please save all packing materials & contact us immediately at 966114787607. optometry cannot process a claim after the 10 day time frame for damaged claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON receipt to insure no damage has occurred.
